THE FACTORY -PNEUMAX

Pneumax S.p.A. is an Italian company that has been designing and manufacturing pneumatic automation components since 1976 and leads a group of 27 companies with over 800 employees worldwide.

From prototype to industrialization

Pneumax uses DWS 3D printing technology throughout the entire workflow, from prototype study and testing to part industrialization.

For some custom designs, which cannot be achieved through traditional processing methods, 3D printing has an important role to play in producing small production batches.

Each piece produced is checked through computed tomography to ensure that the material is firm and quality is guaranteed.

Parts produced through DWS’s stereolithographic 3D printing (SLA) technology have passed quality inspection by a wide margin.
